Only links published from opale.world are official. If you find an “OPALE bot” or “OPALE support” through a Google search, a forum, or a DM, verify it against opale.world before talking to it. There are no official channels other than what’s linked there.

In-bot support is the canonical path. The team monitors flows that fail end-to-end and follows up when they can — there’s no separate ticket portal today.

When you describe an issue, include:

  • Your OPALE wallet handle (visible in 💰 Wallet)
  • Timestamps in UTC of the relevant events
  • Transaction IDs (txids) if a deposit, trade, or withdrawal is involved
  • Screenshots of the failing flow if possible

The more context up front, the faster anyone can help.

This deserves its own section because it’s the single largest user-facing risk:

  • OPALE team will never DM you first. Not on Telegram, not on X, not anywhere. Any unsolicited message claiming to be OPALE support is a scam.
  • Fake bots with names like @OpaleOfficialBot, @OpaleSupport, @opale_admin are common. The real bot is only linked from opale.world.
  • OPALE will never ask for your recovery phrase for any reason. Anyone who asks is trying to steal your funds.
  • No “verify your wallet” flows. No “claim airdrop” messages. No “your account has been flagged, send your seed to unlock.” All scams.

If you suspect you’re being targeted, trash the message and verify the legitimate bot at opale.world. Don’t engage.

Bugs, edge cases, or unexpected behavior — describe them in the bot to support. There’s no public issue tracker today. If you find a security issue, please disclose responsibly through the channels listed at opale.world rather than posting publicly.

Public-facing partnership and integration discussions go through the channels at opale.world — there’s no API or developer portal yet.
